We aim to deliver all products to you within 4 to 5 business days. Our staff is working hard to pack and prepare your orders and our delivery vendor will pick up the items to deliver to you.
We also seek your understanding that due to the current COVID situation, we have limited delivery slots to send your parcel out. If you have not received your item in 2 weeks from your order date, please drop us an email at email@example.com.
If you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us for an exchange within 10 days of receipt.
We regret that exchanges or refunds (unless permitted by law) do not apply to several types of good such as sunglasses, scarves, belts, inner-wear, swimwear and jewelry due to hygiene reasons. Kindly contact us for more information.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Items from A Bathing Ape cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the event if you have to deliver your return package back to us, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please note that all items from A Bathing Ape and its subsets (A BATHING APE PIRATE STORE) will not be allowed for any exchange or refund as it is part of the brands' policy. All worldwide stores selling BAPE adopt this policy for both physical and online purchases.

To request for a return, please fill up and submit our Request Form. We will get back to you on the available return options.
Please check goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags (including security tag) and before disposing of any original packaging. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, complete with original tags and/or original packaging if applicable.
All refunds and exchange is subject to proof of purchase with WAS.SG’s original invoice must be presented together with all original and undamaged packaging.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be exchanged/refunded.
All goods sold are strictly non-refundable in cash or credit card (unless permitted by law). If your refund is applicable, we will send you a gift certificate for the amount of the refunded credit within 14 working days.
This gift certificate is valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Amount refunded excludes the original cost of shipping.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a refund to the gift giver in the form of a gift certificate, which would be valid for 3 months.
